Hello – my name is Claire Barrett. I am an experienced attachment focussed therapist and supervisor, and a Registered Member
of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer therapy to adult individuals and work with wide range of emotional difficulties.
Based in the Tunbridge Wells area, I am conveniently situated for clients living in the surrounding areas of Kent & the South-East.

How can therapy help?

Therapy can give you the opportunity to explore how you feel and make sense of your difficulties in a safe & confidential environment. I will not give you advice or tell you how to solve your problems. However, through our work together, you can gain greater personal insight & self-awareness, which helps to make long-lasting changes that allow you to lead a more fulfilled life with an increased sense of well-being. My aim is to support you in gaining the confidence and capacity to better support yourself.
